The Man With the Collapsible Halo

By L. Maynard | Posted 4/5/2000

No doubt he got the first one from a cereal box,

as a boy:

one of those red plastic rings,

a poor kid's Frisbee.

He's have wired it on and

planned for better things.

His current model is de luxe,

an iridescent, shimmery spinner

that attaches totally invisibly,

hidden hinges at each corner,

folding swiftly to a small triangle

and fitting handily in his back pocket.
