Even if the bloodies here weren't bang-on fabulous, we'd want to give Pisces some kind of award. The experience of nursing--or building the foundations of--a hangover 15 floors high, with downtown Baltimore dizzyingly displayed beyond floor-to-ceiling glass, is stupendous. No matter which end of a bender you're on, Pisces mixes a mean Bloody Mary, beginning with tomato juice and beefed up with just the right amounts of classic flavorings, plus a shot of Tabasco. Pour that over top-shelf vodka (and plenty of it), add celery, and top with Pisces' signature flourish, a skewered jumbo shrimp. This is not merely an alcoholic beverage; it's a meal in a glass.
