BEST CORNER BAR: Dizzy Issie’s
300 W. 30th St., (410) 235-0171
Naw, we don’t live there, although we did almost spend the night during the last snowstorm. We just respect an establishment with cold beer for cheap, delish food with bistro quality and diner prices, a jukebox and pool table, and a family feel that misses you when you’re gone and hugs you when you come back enough to sing Dizzy Issie’s praises every once in a while. And this tavern with its sports television on mute and a rotating dessert case is located on a corner for fuck’s sake.
