Vegetarians are a wary bunch, especially when eating ethnic. Before they order the tofu pad thai at their nearest Thai restaurant, they have to ask if it's made with fish sauce and egg. Refried beans aren't necessarily vegetarian, either--they're often made with lard at Mexican restaurants. Fortunately, there are no worries at Mango Grove, which offers dozens of delectable southern Indian dishes--all of them honest-to-goodness vegetarian, some even vegan. You can get old standbys like vegetable samosas and various masalas. Or you can try the unusual dosas (vegetable-filled crepes). Either way, you're safe here.
