Every dish sold at Caribbean Kitchen is made from scratch, and it shows. Fresh flavors--from the peppery-ness of fresh collard greens to the melting, velvety, perfectly ripe plantains--burst throughout every mouthful. We know of few restaurants at all, not just Caribbean places, that take this kind of care with their wares. We raise our ginger beers in a toast to the fabulous curry goat, and raise it higher to Caribbean Kitchen's generous quantities and reasonable prices.
