Skylite? Please. You can get your Windex-in-a-cone wherever, but if you want actual food in your summertime dessert, this ice-cream stand has 63 (and counting) flavors of homemade Italian ice, from a lemon-lime that's good enough to moonlight as a margarita base to more outrageous (and 100 percent not-fake) flavors like peanut butter, chai, and cupcake. Pumpkin tastes like iced Thanksgiving, pear tastes like it was scraped off the top of an escoffier tart, and we're going back to find out what Cap'n Crunch (with real cereal bits) is like. The line gets formidable by 8 in the evening, but that just leaves more time to decide what you want.
