Best Two-Handed Vegetarian Sandwich

Falafel sandwich at Parsa Kabob

This is one monster sandwich: three plump falafel patties stuffed into a dinner-plate-sized round of pita bread which is then further crammed with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and red pepper strips. The beast arrives contained in a cleverly origami-folded waxed paper wrapper, but as soon as the first strip of wrapper is torn asunder--to allow the drizzling of the creamy tahini sauce--let's just say that structural integrity quickly erodes. You just gotta grab onto this big fat hummer with both hands, arms akimbo, and hold on tight--eating as fast as you can to stay ahead of the wave. It's the $5.99 full-body experience.
