For some of us, late-night food isn't about quirky ambiance or spray-painted mannequins jumping out of outdoor urinal planters. For everyone who finds themselves with a bad case of the drunken tummy rumbles at 3 a.m., picking a place to eat boils down to three major issues: We wanna eat fast, we wanna eat in peace, and we wanna eat something satisfying. It's those of us who drink, then, who would like to applaud Bay View Carry Out, located within Captain James Landing, for its 24-hour greasy-spoon service. Dying to battle tomorrow's hangover with a loaded cheese steak and equally gooey cheese fries, but not too terribly thrilled to catch late-night waiter sass? The Bay View staff, sandwiched between drinking havens Fells Point and Canton, are experienced in delivering steadfast service to lushes of all sorts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. But wait, they don't literally deliver, so hang on to enough cash to catch a cab, drunkie.
