Year after year, we hand this category to Waverly's humble Thai Restaurant. A lesser establishment would have let the kudos get to its head by now. But the drunken noodles keep arriving with fresh basil, the shrimp remains crisp and fresh, the yum woon sen still heats up the sinuses, and, if you visit as often as we do, the friendly staff always calls you by name.
