Best Restaurant Service
Chameleon Café
Among the many reasons we think Chameleon Café is so great is that the servers never say that they'll go run and ask the chef when you ask them a question about something on your plate. They've got the menu down cold because, for one thing, they're proud of the food that chef Jeff Smith and his crew put out, and for another, they eat it themselves when they're not working. They answer questions directly, with thoughtfully arranged taste notes--none of that "it's all good" stuff--but they don't push their opinions on you either. We've gotten used to seeing our favorite servers from other restaurants wind up at Chameleon, where they tend to stay for a long time.
