The word arroy means "delicious" in the Thai language, which is almost an understatement at this storefront BYOB restaurant. But besides tasting delicious--not hard to do with coconut milk and basil as core ingredients--Thai Arroy succeeds in producing dishes that are incredibly fresh and made with a light touch. The service is of a similar ilk: very attentive but not obsequious. As a sidebar, Thai Arroy's menu selection has a hefty portion of vegetarian options, including a vegetarian version of tom yum pak, and, of all things, mock duck.
