Too many Baltimore restaurants show the quesadilla zero respect: Throw some stuff that's seen better days on a dried-up tortilla and smother it in cheese--nobody'll notice. Golden West, however, knows that when you take a fresh, tender tortilla and pack it with delicious organic chicken, zesty pesto, and rich jack cheese, plus a side of fresh-made salsa laced liberally with cilantro, you've got something special. Decadent, yet reasonably healthy.
