Zella's is a relatively new pizzeria occupying the former home of the storied Tell Tale Hearth. Our current favorite is the "Zella's Special," sporting sausage, pepperoni, ham, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers on a puffy, well-turned but not too chewy crust. If you don't dig on meat, we highly recommend the spinach and artichoke or portabello mushroom pies, both dressed with a lovely garlic and herb sauce. We're glad to see another sign of restaurant life in the Hollins Market environs, especially one providing such an outstanding pizza, and really especially since we heard they got a liquor license.
