BEST HAPPY HOUR: Blue Sea Grill
Most days, anyplace with Chex Mix and a location we can walk home from is where we go for happy hour. But every so often, we want an ace bar with a restaurant attached--particularly, an expensive one we've wanted to check out but want to preview first. Down on Water Street, Blue Sea Grill has put some muscular branding energy into its happy hour, at which it offers a specially chosen wine list, low-priced cocktails, and a cocktail-appropriate menu of ceviche, tempuras, and martini salads. Clams from the raw bar are 50 cents each, and oysters are a buck at the most--not market prices but decent considering how good we feel in the place.
