When you're sitting in Ixia, it feels like you're in a different city. But not another city like Houston or Orlando, where they probably don't have neat old buildings like the one Ixia is in. It's so cosmopolitan, sophisticated, and downtown that you feel like you could be in New York or San Francisco. Or maybe even Philadelphia. But not in some average-Joe bar in one of those cities, but in a chill place painted an awesome, very tasty midnight blue. It's dressy, with chandeliers, and the bartenders look like they could be full-time models. Upscale, indeed.
