Owner/chef Jeff Smith isn't messing around with smearcase--no deconstructivist nonsense like re-inventing the classic Baltimore bakery treat with goat's milk. Nope. He's got more respect than that, simply throwing down expertly executed old-school lick-your-plate-clean creamy, cheesy, cakey goodness.
