Scottie B's legacy as one of the crucial figures in Baltimore club music would be secure now even if he just sat back, ran Unruly Records, and gave the occasional interview to remind people of his past accomplishments. Instead, the veteran DJ's been busier than ever 20 years into his career, spinning in New York and abroad, assisting Washington rapper Wale in branching out with "The Bmore Club Slam," releasing the diverse My Crew Be Unruly mix CD, and collaborating with Sean Caesar and King Tutt as The Chavy Boys Of London. And when Scottie's at home, he gigs at a wider range of clubs than any DJ in Baltimore, including Red Maple, Paradox, the Talking Head, Joe Squared, and Bedrock, to name just a few.
