V-No in Fells Point offers all the things we look for in a wine bar. It stocks a thoughtful, tasty assortment of bottled grape, as well as some nice varieties available by the glass at good pours and reasonable prices. It's a clean, unfussy place to hang in Fells Point that doesn't feel like a boozy pick-up bar or a line-up-the-shots good-time hang. It offers a small menu of noshy items of which we've never partaken but have heard pleasant things. And it unpretentiously categorizes wines by color and taste. Best of all, it closes by 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, meaning you won't feel bad for hanging out until closing on school nights.
