With lobster, with scallops, with cheddar, blue cheese, or Gruyère, with freakin' milk chocolate, as a side or as an entrée, we're tired, tired, tired of macaroni and cheese. Sure, we know it's inexpensive to make and easy to serve. We know that people love restaurant versions because they're too lazy to make anything but a box of Kraft at home. But enough already. Take a stand to stop turning the dining room into a school cafeteria.
