Ryleigh's Oyster lives up to its name with an impressive array of bivalves. The oysters being served that day and where they are from are listed behind the slate oyster bar at this Federal Hill spot, and servers and shuckers are very knowledgeable about the varieties. Sure, it can be hard to tell one oyster from another in the abstract, but in a side by side taste comparison, you'll learn that some are nuttier or brinier than others and, most importantly, what you like. Grab a pint and a side of the grilled corn on the cob with feta and Old Bay--which will blow your mind--and you've got a perfect meal.
