The patties at this downtown lunch stop near North Charles and Saratoga streets alone make it worth seeking--and not just because Mango and Coconut offers unusual varieties, such as soy and salmon, in addition to the more familiar beef and veggie. No, these patties come crisp and flaky on the outside, moist on the inside, and magically produce a nice crunch when you bite through the outer layer and sink your teeth into the soft, spicy fillings. Don't stop there, though--the jerk chicken here falls off the bone and nicely achieves a good heat index without making your nose run off your face.
