When the urge for Thai food strikes, it's worth the drive to Towson to do that craving justice. Thai One On serves up the freshest Thai in town. The kitchen keeps the flavors bright, tantalizing our taste buds with an abundant and authentic deployment of spices and herbs. (Word to the meek of palate: The chile pepper is for real here, like in the incendiary goong ma now, a citrusy-salty-crunchy-sweet shrimp salad that makes grown men cry.) Our only complaint about the place has been that it can be tough to get a table, a situation now happily remedied with the opening of a new dining room. We toast the owners with a raised Singha and fork full of drunken noodles.
