Matsuri means "festival" in Japanese--and this bustling Federal Hill joint keeps on giving Japanese-food fans reasons to party. Try tender, juicy beef negima-yaki, scrumptious shumai, or crisp tempura after a crunchy salad with creamy sesame dressing. Hearty bowls of katsu don erase major appetites; sweetly grilled chicken teriyaki quell smaller ones. And the sushi--Matsuri's infamously thick, fresh slabs of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail draped over rice will reduce you to sushi-loving goo.
