Best Crab House

Mariner's Landing

601 Wise Ave., Dundalk, (410) 477-1261

Posted 9/13/2000

Well, you'll want a water view, of course. How about Bear Creek? And we daresay you'll want the option of dining outside. Will tables scattered about a sandy beach do? And naturally you'll want big, flavorful crabs. Head down to Dundalk and grab a table--inside or out--at Mariner's Landing, where the jumbo crustaceans land with a crash on your table as your server upends the tray. And if anyone in your party doesn't fancy an evening of tingling lips, stinging cuts on the hands, and crab juice running down the arms to the elbows (are they nuts, or what?), direct them to the tidier side of the menu--wonderful crab cakes, imperial, soft crabs, fried hard crabs, fluffs. And next time, leave them at home.
