Next time you've got it bad for paella, take the cure at Fells Point's Latin Palace. Tango your tochus off downstairs, then ascend to the second floor for the best in paella--the Palace offers several kinds. While we like the traditional Valencia paella, we also love the one packed with seafood. But don't neglect the superlative fish dishes, or the ones featuring big servings of veal, all flanked by dreamy saffron rice. You can even make a meal of the appetizers here: succulent shrimp in garlic sauce, a mountain of mussels in green sauce, good bread for dunking, a glass of sangria. We doubt you'll be able to move, let alone tango.
