More Mexican/Southwestern restaurants are popping up in and around Baltimore all the time, and our favorite of the new crop-and the old crop, for that matter-is Holy Frijoles. This funky little Hampden eatery (with strong emphasis on "little") dishes out great food at very reasonable prices in a fun retro-chic atmosphere. And true to its name, the beans are indeed heavenly.
