Once you become a parent, your entire perception of the world changes. For instance, places you once valued for their all-night hours and friendly treatment of raucous drunks become attractive more for their clean high chairs and friendly treatment of raucous children. Dining out with young children is pretty stressful for all involved, so a place where the food is kid-friendly, arrives quickly, and is served in a fun, interesting environment is highly appreciated. The Paper Moon gets five stars for each of the above, with extra credit for the accommodating (sometimes long-suffering) staff.
