Best Crab Cake

Regiís American Bistro

1002 Light St., (410) 539-7344

Posted 9/22/2004

Throw in some smashed roasted garlic potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and what youíve got is a thoroughly up-to-date and citified adaptation of the classic Eastern Shore crab cake. And unlike so many other restaurants with masterful crab cakes, the rest of Regiís menu isnít crap.
