Ten ounces (!) of hand-formed beef slammed on the grill and brought to juicy, greasy life while you watch. Poncabird services big laborers with big appetites (the pub operates in the shadow of the General Motors plant), and there’s nothing fancy about the hamburgers (or anything) here.
