Baltimore has a number of good sushi restaurants, but Kawasaki rises to the top. The menu is designed for both virgins and aficionados, ranging from that sushi security blanket, the California roll, to more adventurous fare, such as octopus and sea urchin. Regardless of your order, rest assured that the fish will be fresh and delicious. Kawasaki also has an extensive sake bar, and the folks there don’t even raise an eyebrow if you order three sake bombs with dinner. Just don’t send your chopsticks hurtling over onto the next table. That they don’t like so much.
