Why We Go: Because the idea of eating in Hollins Market is such a novelty these days.

What We Eat: Pizzas--a good assortment of the usual toppings atop not too doughy or crispy crusts. Semiprecious toppings include jalape%u2013os (which Zella's thankfully isn't stingy with) and caramelized onions, and the roasted eggplant pizza is a consistent treat. Also try the spinach triangles starters--an appetizer version of spinach and feta-stuffed phyllo dough. So not low-fat, but so what.

What We'd Change: If we lived in the neighborhood, we'd want to see slightly later hours.
