Why We Go: This is one of a handful of restaurants in Baltimore that we go to again and again, because for every hundred or so run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurants there's only one Caf Zen. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are different and interesting, and they're consistently good.
What We Eat: The string bean roll, steamed meat dumplings, crab and cheese won tons, and a to-go box, please.
What We'd Change: Nothing at all.
