Firestarter Barbara Lahnstein and her crew do old-world things with hardwood, heat, and top ingredients that have nothing to do with barbecue or pit beef and everything to do with good eats, offering an assortment of smoked fish, smoked cheese pies, and smoked, well, everything.
What We Eat: Those smoked cheese pies. A small one is a filling meal. A big one serves a dinner party with plenty left over.
