Why We Go: It's pretty much the only Vietnamese option in city limits.
What We Eat: We favor items from its wide assortment of rice paper-wrapped rolls, which offer a nice variety of meat, seafood, and veggies for hand-dipping pleasure.
What We'd Change: Add some very basic Vietnamese fare. Such preparations are what make Vietnamese food so elegantly simple and tasty.
