Why We Go: Tucked off the main drag of Mount Washington Village, Chiyo can be a bit difficult to spot, but its selection of sushi, sashimi, and maki make it worth locating.

What We Eat: We love maki filled with any sort of crazy fish combos an enterprising sushi chef can come up with, and Chiyo's special roll menu--which comes with detailed explanations of each roll, thank you very much--is truly epic.

What We'd Change: The upstairs dining room is pretty drab. Why can't it be as pretty as the food?
