What We Eat: The green chile cheeseburger avec bacon, please. It's discounted on Monday nights, which makes us especially happy. When we're looking for something a little more refined, we almost always go with the sopaipilla enchiladas, with grilled chicken and a fried egg on top.
What We'd Change: Slow service, still. We know everything is made to order, but it's hard to be patient when the food is this good.
