Why We Go: Expect handmade, home-style pub food with flourishes (creative spicing, real butter) that make dining at one of our favorite corner bars a pleasure.
What We Eat: We stick with the grilled chicken sandwiches, fat and juicy hamburgers, crispy fries, and Old Bay steamed shrimp on more casual nights. But a foray into the specials menu offers up such outstanding turns as a thick pork chop topped with roasted red bell peppers and melted mozzarella and a perfectly cooked steak.
What We'd Change: We know they had to go digital to keep up with the kids, but we loved the old jukebox.
