Why We Go: Korean restaurants come and go, but Nam Kang abides, filling our bellies with Asian spicy/sour soul food. And the kitchen's open until 4 a.m.
What We Eat: The porkilicious kimchi jigue hot pot, or jam pong, a spicy seafood soup with noodles. And we hope the pan chan includes those tiny little matchstick-sized whole fish.
What We'd Change: We suppose awesome Korean food 24 hours a day is too much to ask.
