Why We Go: The cheap and delicious Ethiopian food.

What We Eat: The special tibs (beef) became our mainstay years ago. Like everything on the menu, it's served atop a manhole cover-sized disk of spongy, delicate injera bread. While we've gone around the menu since then, enjoying the wot, kitfo and gored gored, we keep coming back to the tender beef strips in the special sauce.
