Why We Go:The dim sum. Our tunnel vision for the stuff--it's the only dim sum place in the city--is so strong that it's impossible to imagine ever getting anything else, even if it looks really good at the table next to us.

What We Eat: The steamed buns; all of them are sweet and delicious, soft and tender on the outside with just enough give. We're partial to the lotus seed paste and steamed custard, but everything in a soft bun is a win.

What We'd Change: The atmosphere is uninviting, and the fried foods have more fry than filling.
