Why We Go: Copra strikes a nice balance between contemporary and comfort, whether it's the decor, or the smart preparation of comfort-food classics like pizza, meat loaf, fish, and steak.
What We Eat: The stone-oven pizzas are great. We like the four cheese with roasted garlic oil, mozzarella, smoked Gouda, Parmesan, and goat cheese, but the margherita is delicious in its simple glory. We'll also order sandwiches and burgers, or just dive into a New York strip steak, which comes with a Guinness stout demi-glace and a side of Gouda mashed potatoes. Yum.
What We'd Change: Though we're all about comfort, especially on cold nights when a Guinness and a hunk of medium-rare meat and potatoes seems the best thing in the world, we'd like to see some new angles.
