Why We Go: We show up on Thursday and Friday nights with first dates when the live jazz helps to smooth over those awkward conversational gaps, or any other time when we're feeling halfway between snazzy and comfy.
What We Eat: Happy-making food like the lobster BLT, that gorgeous red oak-leaf duck breast salad, or those yummo scallops with Parmesan grits and andouille sausage--basically all of the food that makes us feel like spoiled guests at a smashing grownups party.
What We'd Change: We need you to stay open past 11 on weeknights for post-cultural event drinks and dessert.
