
Why We Go: We're celebrating birthdays and anniversaries that end in a "5" or an "0." Or else, we go to sit at the bar and reminisce about The Sopranos or the Ehrlich administration.
What We Eat: The best caprese in town, with mozzarella di buffala flown in from Campania, the suckingly good osso buco, and the tournedos Rossini, a filet mignon topped with foie gras, and a black-truffle and porcini mushroom sauce.
What We'd Change: We'd still love to see a regularly appearing light-fare option, something like the Thursday night menu at the Prime Rib, just so folks could get past the intimidation factor.
