Why We Go: It's an experience. Basically, it costs $55 bucks a head, and they give you a coaster--red on one side, green on the other. When you flip it to green, waiters appear from nowhere, surrounding you with various cuts of meat. Flip it to red and they leave you alone. The chain is based on Brazilian-style churrasco barbecue. Apparently there is also a pretty good salad bar, which also offers meat.
What We Eat: Meat, in all its glory.
What We'd Change: OK, we get the red light/green light thing, and maybe we were there on a slow night, but having people watch from the wings is a little creepy.
