More on Oceanaire.

Posted 3/5/2008

Why We Go: Quality seafood restaurants are still scarce in Baltimore--a town whose seafood rep far exceeds its step--and Oceanaire is a swank, reliable option for splurge-worthy occasions.

What We Eat: The fish really is fresh--do not pass up the truly delicious whole Dover sole if it is available. Elaborate chef's specials are numerous and for the most part solid, the crab and shrimp-stuffed turbot in particular.

What We'd Change: The raw bar needs better quality control (some of our oysters should not have made it to the table).
