Why We Go: Carry-out heaven. We've got complete seasons of several TV shows to watch, so why bother cooking for ourselves when someone else can do it better and just about as inexpensively.
What We Eat: The big thing, Peruvian-style chicken, pollo %u02C6 la brasa, or PALB to its friends, herb-rubbed and charcoal-roasted with a crispy skin and succulent meat hot out of the rotisserie. And if you can't handle a whole chicken, you can get it carved up into halves and quarters.
What We'd Change: The sides never entertain us quite as much as we want them to.
