Why We Go: If we weren't completely addicted to Mama's chunky mounds of guacamole, do you really think we'd bother to wait so long for a table here on a Friday night?

What We Eat: A hubcap full of tortilla chips and a plate of Macho Nachos followed by a black bean and corn burrito. All washed down with plenty of Boh.

What We'd Change: Nacho Mama's walls are covered in images of Elvis but we'd like to see a little more Johnny Unitas in the décor. And, did we mention that wait?
