Why We Go: It's still the best barbecue in the Baltimore metropolitan area. This is a fact as unvarying as an atomic clock. Smoky, succulent Memphis-style pork, beef, chicken, and more, plus sides and desserts you're gonna wanna save room for, but will just have to stuff in there somehow. It isn't much on ambiance, but ambiance doesn't make you suck your fingers.
What We Eat: You can't go wrong with the ribs or the pulled pork. Seriously. Wrong is not an option.
