Why We Go: When we can no longer stomach generic Middle Eastern food, we head out to this suburban oasis, which specializes in Persian cuisine, a heady and flavorful variant.
What We Eat: The amazing ground-meat entr%u017De koobideh--this is what your mom's meat loaf would taste like if your mom was Persian. That or the chicken or duck fesenjune, stewed in pomegranate-walnut sauce.
What We'd Change: We wish carry-out was easier, and quicker, but we suppose you can't rush (near) perfection.
