What's the best way to enjoy a margarita, you ask? Some prefer them salted on the rocks. Others like them frozen. And for us, there's no better way than served up icy cold in a big metal cake pan (also known as a "hubcap"), with four straws, and shared among good friends. That's how Nacho Mama's serves them, and we enjoyed one (OK, OK, a couple) on a recent Saturday night there with a few friends. We hadn't been to this Canton Tex-Mex eatery in a few years, and though the décor has changed somewhat--they have a lot more velvet Elvis paintings than we remember from our last visit--the vibe is still the same. Busy, crowded, friendly neighborhood bar up front, bustling casual eatery in the back. And most importantly, the margaritas are how we remember them: a little bit sweet, just enough tart, with lots of lime wedges--and very, very large.
